Enjoy Punta Del Este Hotel, Punta del Este

My experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to various attractions, and the room was pretty clean and organized. However, there were some glaring issues with the bar service and room amenities which detracted from the overall enjoyment. The hotel’s indoor pool was a delightful area to relax, but the wait for taxis proved frustrating.

The staff was helpful, though there were some hiccups with the service in certain areas. The dining situation could use some organization, but overall, it was a delightful experience, especially with the option to explore the city on the complimentary bikes. However, I did encounter a delay in getting spa amenities, which cost us precious time.

This hotel was a great experience overall, with incredible views from our 14th-floor balcony and an amazing buffet breakfast that we looked forward to every morning. The staff were very attentive and made us feel welcomed, which was especially impressive considering our language barrier. However, while the shared areas were updated, the rooms could use some modern touches. Still, the location was perfect for exploring Punta del Este.
